Wavelet Packet Entropy Analysis of Resting State Electroencephalogram in Sleep Deprived Mental Fatigue State

摘要

In order to explore the characteristics of the complexity of resting electroencephalogram (EEG) in mental fatigue state after sleep deprivation, 36 healthy subjects were recruited to participate in the 30 h complete sleep deprivation test, and the resting state electroencephalogram (EEG) in open and closed eyes were collected, and the entropy analysis of the resting state electroencephalogram (EEG) signal alpha was carried out before and after sleep deprivation. The results showed that compared with resting state before sleep deprivation, the closed eye alpha 1 band wavelet packet entropy decreased significantly after sleep deprivation, and the wavelet packet entropy of alpha 1 band in eye opening did not change significantly after sleep deprivation. The results showed that the entropy of the alpha 1 band wavelet packet entropy decreased obviously after sleep deprivation. It was an important feature of the electroencephalogram changes under the condition of increasing sleep pressure.
