摘要
To develop an endless-bar rolling system (EBROS) with our own sciential property right, the component of EBROS and its working principle are analyzed and developed in this paper, its virtual system is established, and its control system is designed based on PROFIBUS. The control strategies of billet flash-butt welding and welder moving are put forward, and the moving control of welding machine is simulated by combining a single neural network controller and an artificial immune adjuster. Simulating results show that a composite controller of single nerve-cell can effectively increase the synchronously tracking precision of welding machine to rolled-billet, and the introduction of an artificial immune adjusting law in the driving system of welding machine can obviously enhance its property of outside disturbance resistance.
