Universal ratios in first-order transitions induced by fluctuations

The authors show that in first-order transitions induced by fluctuations the ratios of appropriately defined quantities are universal. They are typical of the first-order transition. They compute some of them in the framework of the epsilon -expansion. To facilitate comparison with experiment, the various universal quantities are expressed in terms of quantities measured at a single point-the first-order transition.
