摘要
X-ray scintillators have played a role in medical imaging and industrial nondestructive tests. But the slow response speed of traditional scintillators limited their applications in high-resolution X-ray imaging. In this paper, Rb2AgCl3 microcrystals, as a highquality scintillator with ultrafast response speed, were synthesized through a facile solution method first. The lead-free Rb2AgCl3 microcrystals showed an orange emission peak at 585 nm with large Stokes shifts of 340 nm and a quantum yield of 47.87%. Moreover, the Rb2AgCl3 microcrystals exhibited an ultrashort decay time (1.69 ns) and a higher light field compared to the CsPbBr3. Furthermore, the Rb2AgCl3 microcrystals performed with excellent air (60 d), heat (80 °C), and illumination stability. Besides, we further prepared the Rb2AgCl3-based fiber optic panel and flexible film and obtained chip and earphone images with clear internal structure by X-ray detection. Therefore, the Rb2AgCl3 is expected to be used in the next generation of X-ray scintillators.
