摘要

An effective method for large-scale production of N-doped graphene nanosheets is proposed. Fluffy graphene oxide powder can be obtained by lyophilization. The subsequent hydrazine vapor reduction realizes the in-situ and conformal transition from graphene oxide to N-doped graphene.
