摘要
Firstly the influence of the environment temperature to FOG (fiber-optic gyroscope) accuracy was introduced. In order to ensure the performance of the FOG, a kind of temperature control system was brought forward. Then it was discussed that how to build the thermal model of the FOG SINS (strapdown inertial navigation system) and verify the simulation results through experiments. The thermal analysis software (Flotherm) based on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) was used to simulate the temperature control system of the SINS. Through comparing and analyzing, the validity of FOG thermal testing position and the way of heater's placement could be proved. The design optimized the temperature control project through adjusting power of the heaters. It not only helps to ensure the accuracy of FOG, but also helps to improve the environment temperature adaptability.
