Thermal Analysis of Key Components in EHA System Under High Temperature Condition

摘要

Electro-hydraulic servo actuators can also be referred to as electro-hydrostatic actuators (EHA). The high temperature resistance of EHA is one of the future development directions to improve operating performance under wide temperature conditions. High temperature has a significant impact on the performance of key components in EHA, which significantly reduces EHA performance. In view of the lack of research on the law of high temperature influence on EHA at present, EHA is chosen as the research object to investigate the influence of the law of high temperature on the performance of its key components. The heat exchange and conduction mode between EHA and high temperature environment is first investigated. On this basis, the law of energy conversion and transfer within EHA is examined, as well as the heat generation and diffusion pathways. Secondly, the thermodynamic model of the components of EHA is established, the temperature rise characteristics of the relevant components are summarized, and the power loss of its key components is analyzed.
