The reliability model of the lunar samples storage installation based on GSPN

摘要

The traditional reliability model is difficult to describe the dynamic behavior and the aging process of the lunar samples storage installation system with the dynamic time serial processes such as the fault detection, the fault recovery, the system aging and so on. Aiming at this problem, this paper uses the generalized stochastic Petri net to establish the reliability model of the lunar samples storage installation system. By using this model, the effects of the system aging rate, the false alarm rate and the fault detection coverage of the measurement and control system on the system reliability are analyzed in detail. Analysis results show that there is also a potential fault condition and a fatal danger condition in the lunar sample storage installation system in addition to the perfect condition and the normal fault condition due to the influence of the false alarm rate and the fault detection coverage of the measurement and control system. The actual design of the lunar samples storage installation system should be rationally allocated system reliability parameters and achieve the probability of the fatal danger condition of lunar samples storage installation system as small as possible and the reliability of the system to reach 0.9999.
