摘要
The influence of wind-blown sand on high-speed train aerodynamic performance is studied in this paper. The discrete phase method is adopted for calculating the sand movement from the ground to the train surface and the collision between the sand and the train body. In this paper, the two-dimensional high-speed train aerodynamic performance impact is studied for wind-blown sand and a law for high-speed train aerodynamic performance for different crosswind speeds is given. The calculation results show that sand pressure increases with crosswind speed and when the crosswind speed reaches 40m/s, the sand pressure increases sharply. When the crosswind speed reaches 50m/s, the lateral forces caused by sand impact train body are nearly fifty percent of the aerodynamic forces and the overturning moment caused by sand impact train body reaches twenty percent of the aerodynamic overturning moment. Thus, wind-blown sand has a significant influence on high-speed train aerodynamic performance.
