摘要

The microstructure and electrochemical features of Al-Zn-In-Ga anode at different temperatures and dissolved oxygen concentrations were validated via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and electrochemical tests in artificial seawater. The results show that the corrosion surface of Al-Zn-In-Ga alloy is relatively uniform at a temperature of 4 °C and dissolved oxygen of 2.5 mg l-1; accordingly, current efficiency is higher, but the cracking phenomenon is watched. In a solution of 25 °C and 7.3 mg l-1 dissolved oxygen, the content of In decreases enormously at the grain boundary, while Ga and Zn content increases sharply, which leads to the rugged surface.
