N2 - During the past decades, there has been an increasing interest in thermal analysis of electronic equipment in the aerospace field. The purpose of this paper is to investigate a temperature control system with higher power density for motor drives on the stratospheric airship by thermal analysis. After establishing a thermal simulation model, thermal analysis with Finite Element Method software is performed, and simulation results are provided to verify the feasibility of the control method. The experimental results show that the thermal design and temperature control system analysis achieve better dynamic performance and higher power density.
