abstract = "Compared with non-uniform rational B-splines, T-splines have advantages in data compression, surface merging, and complex surface representation. This paper puts forward a novel T-spline surface fairing algorithm based on centripetal re-parameterization which can improve the knot distribution of T-mesh. Some numerical examples are given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm. The Gaussian and Mean curvature graphs show that the proposed method has a good surface fairing effect.",
