摘要
In accordance with the features of hydraulic pump, the failure mode is analyzed and the sensitive stress is selected based on wear theory. According to effects of sensitive stresses imposed to hydraulic pump on failure and researches on the U.S. life test standards, it is concluded that the synthetic stresses reliability test can verify the reliability and the life of hydraulic pump. Because hydraulic pump has many characteristics such as high price, long life and small test samples, the statistical method is presented for synthetic stresses life test under variable load spectrum. The results of life test experiments indicate that the method of synthetic stresses life test are satisfactory for the life analysis of electromechanical products.
