摘要
A solid-reaction process was developed for the synthesis of Ti3SiC2. The resultant Ti3SiC2 powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effect of synthesis temperature on the composition of the reaction products was examined by quantitative X-ray analysis. The results demonstrate that the solid-liquid process is favorable for the formation of Ti3SiC2.
