摘要

Rare-earth perovskite-type complex oxide DeNOx and CO oxidation catalyst FP-DN was prepared by organic hydroxyl acid complex-impregnation method. The active components and carriers were screened. The influences of transition element Cu content, impregnation concentration, and calcination temperature on catalytic activity were discussed. The experiment results indicated that the activities of LSCMCx / γ-Al2O3 series catalysts to CO oxidation and NO + CO reaction were optimum, when the excessive content of element Cu was 0.2 mol~0.5 mol, impregnation concentration was 10%~15%, calcination temperature was 550°C~650°C. The commercial application results of FP-DN in Jinxi Petrochemical Plant indicated that the removal efficiency of NOx in the second regeneration unit have reached 92.01%.
