摘要

A new elliptic ultrasonic vibration system driven by single longitudinal vibration was proposed firstly. The vibration form transforming principle was studied theoretically. The conditions to get the elliptic vibration and the design method of the system structure were also proposed based on above analyses. The results were verified by means of FEA method.
