摘要

A novel nano-Hydroxyapatite/Silk Fibroin (n-HA/SF) composite was prepared by biomimetic mineralization method. It was revealed that the inorganic phase in the composite was n-HA with low crystallinity. The composite exhibited a higher compressive strength, which was closely related to the perfect incorporation of SF macromolecules into the composite. The chemical interactions occurring between phase and the organic matrix were thought to improve the interfacial bonding and thus resulted in the enhanced mechanical strength. Finally, MTT and SEM results showed that this synthesized composite was nontoxic and no allergic, and possessed excellent compatibility. Therefore, the n-HA/SF composite prepared in this paper was prospective to be used as a new biomaterial for bone repair or substitute.
