摘要
The relationship between stress level and disk mass reduction in a rotating disk with heat channel and warming-up in disk root at a fixed flux of cooling air was numerically studied, by using fluid structure interaction (FSI) method based on the thermal management for heated components. The regulation between stress level and disk mass reduction was studied under the boundary condition of disk space and the heat flux of different heat channel configurations' fixed condition. The rotating speed was also fixed at 10000 r/min. Numerical results reveal that there exists a strong relevance between stress level and the construction of heat channel and heat flux. By heating the disk root, the U-temperature distribution can reduce the disk stress level. It means that the method of active thermal management can achieve the disk mass reduction, while guaranteeing the performance of aero-engine and working life.
