摘要

Merger & acquisition is an important path of developing core competence. In this paper we introduced the concepts of merger & acquisition firstly. Then the development mechanism of core competence was analyzed from the views of core competence system and its total life cycle. Lastly, we summarized the development strategy of core competence according to its development mechanism. The results have important theoretic values for core competence management.
