摘要

The definition for effectiveness of weapon system and its affected factors were analyzed. The measure of the system effectiveness was presented and the measure of effectiveness contained only factors of reliability, maintainability and supportability, named RMS effectiveness, was given. The two kinds of typical models of RMS effectiveness for the repairable and unrepairable system in mission time were introduced. The general procedure performed RMS synthetic design and analysis by using the synthetic parameter was presented.
