摘要
A novel differential fiber bragg grating accelerometer was designed. Its design principle, theory analysis and finite element simulation of the sensing structure were discussed. The structure of one main beam and two tiny beams based on the traditional single cantilever-mass structure solved the conflicts problem between the sensitivity and resonance frequency. Also the double FBG differential structure design increased the accelerometer sensitivity by one time, and conducted the temperature compensation. Theoretically analysis proved that the system sensitivity was 52. 7 pm/gn, and the resonance frequency was 250 Hz. Experiment results also proved that the structure increased sensitivity and solved the cross sense conflict between strain and temperature.
