Study of decoupling control for airborne hydraulic pump in the cyclic stress accelerated life test

摘要

Based on the characteristics of stress change for the cyclic stress accelerated life testing (ALT) for the airborne hydraulic and ensured the accuracy acceleration model is established based on the pressure stress; the coupling relationship between the pressure subsystem and the rotation speed subsystem is analyzed.The coupling relationship will have cause a problem on the rotation speed with the pressure changes and bring a non-accuracy acceletation model is established based on the pressure stress, which eventually bring about the impact of life estimation; the principle of the single neuron PID decoupling controller is studied. The simulation results shows that the coupling relations is solved and the accuracy acceletation model is established to ensure by using the decoupling controller.
