摘要

Based on calibration algorithm of high frequency information of image mainly, motor step of single axis and mechanism backlash are calibrated in the focus mechanism of microscope. At the same time, because of character of different focus function, calibration algorithm of vision system is discussed. Place change of focus of microscope slide along the length of slide is used to calibrate motor step. The shift in z-position between the two focus functions is the mechanism backlash. Two focus functions apart lay aboard to motor from low to high or from high to low, then to return to jumping-off point. Comparing with experiment of measure, it shows the calibration algorithm avoids the effect of error, and has good result and high precision. Experiment proves that the calibration algorithm has more advantage.
