摘要
A statistical method based on Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) and multiple regression analysis was presented for FEM model validation. An agent model created by response surface method was used to improve the direct MCS for guaranteeing the accuracy of model validation. The traditional Euclidean and Mahalanobis Distances, which describe the distance between two points from different aspects, were summed up to be both considered in the uncertainty quantification so that might be more comprehensive. In the process of correlation analysis, the synthesized distances were used as the correlation measure and the iteration convergence judgment criteria based on these two distance were provided. Simulation results show that the presented method as well as the distance criterion can greatly reduce the time consuming in calculation, get satisfactory results of model validation, provide a more stable approximation process and enhance the accuracy of the result.
