N2 - Internal and external factors that influence reliability of CPSs are analyzed in this paper. A strategy for reliability testing and evaluation of CPSs is put forward in the consideration of these factors, including the technology framework and processes. The main work comprises the testing and evaluation of component reliability covering hardware, software, and architecture, as well as the performance reliability including service reliability, cyber security reliability, resilience & elasticity reliability and vulnerability reliability. To give a general look of the system reliability, the four indices of performance reliability are synthesized by the multi-index method. The strategy proposed in the paper will make a great contribution to the complete, dynamic and continuous testing and evaluation for the CPS.
