摘要
A dislocation slip model based on the periodic dual-phase microstructure cell of Ni base single crystal was established, in which the analytic stress model was set up at different regions of microstructure cell and dislocation slip model was combined with the mechanisms of dislocation filling the matrix channel, climbing along the precipitation, shearing cell and slipping backward when unloading to simulate the tension, creep and cycle behavior of SC16 at 1123K and DD3 at 1033K. The results show that the several mechanisms govern the different aspects of the deformation respectively and that the simulation results match well with the tests.
