摘要
In this paper, a new procedure is proposed for simulation of the time-varying wideband radar scattering characteristics of targets above sea surface. A geometric model of the composite target-sea scene is developed by combination of target aerodynamics and time-varying sea surface generation. Multipath scattering model is applied to address the electromagnetic (EM) scattering interaction between the target and the sea surface, where high frequency approximation techniques are used for EM scattering calculation. Simulated Doppler spectra and high resolution range profiles (HRRPs) are presented to demonstrate the validity and usefulness of the proposed procedure.
