abstract = "The structure and principle of the nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve was introduced, and the complicated characteristics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and magnetic are studied in this paper. The model of the nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve was built based on the ITISimulationX software platform. The static and dynamic simulation processes were presented and analyzed regarding the nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve. The nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve has some advantages of rapid time respond, high stability and reliability. This paper shows the special capabilities of SimlationX to develop such a multi-domain model.",
