Simulation of flying wing aircraft maneuver with leading edge jet control

摘要

Stealth aircraft adopt flying wing design, this kind of advanced configuration has many advantages, but it also brings some problems in dynamic characters. That causes stealth aircraft's badly maneuverbility as same as instability. To solve this problem jet controller is used. Jet control system locates at the leading edge, it could provide directional control moment and lateral control moment to improve manipulate characters. At the same time, advanced configuration aircraft is more complicated in dynamic character than traditional triangle wing aircraft. There is a great nonlinear air dynamic and coupling even in the normal flight condition. To research flying wing aircraft with jet control system, the 6-dof aircraft model was built. Fuzzy logic control method is used in the Jet control system. Simulations shows that this kind of control method enhance the mission performance and safety of aircraft, the moment requirements and control commands are tracked accurately and rapidly.
