摘要
When AC contactor turns on the circuit, the movable contact bounces occur. The bounces have effect on the system performance and the lifetime of contactors. In this paper, a dynamic mathematic model of AC contactor is proposed. The electric circuit, electromagnetic field and mechanical differential coupling equations are solved by self-programming routine of ADAMS secondary development. Based on the POISSON model, the contact constraints are realized. The dynamic behavior of contactor and contact bounce are simulated. The influences of the electrical circuit parameters and contact spring parameters on the contact bounce are investigated. The results are verified by experiments. The proposed method is useful in the dynamic behavior and contact bounce research.
