摘要
The opening process of a thick board driven by fluid is simulated with the method of CFD and moving mesh technique. The board is hinged on a cylinder moving in water at high speed. The flow field, pressure distribution around the board, the driven moment acting on the board by fluid and opening speed of the board are evaluated numerically. The numerical results are verified and compared with the test results. It is shown that with the increasing moving speed of cylinder, the opening speed of board and the driven moment acting on the board is heightened.
