Simulation and verification of pressure characteristics of aircraft hydraulic power system

摘要

The pressure loss in aircrafts' hydraulic power systems is theoretically analyzed in this paper. The simulation model of flow rate and pressure loss of typical hydraulic components and tubing is established. Based on the simulation model, the available pressure of users of hydraulic power system in typical flight stages is calculated, and then verified by test data. The simulation model is then refined based on test data for improved accuracy, after which it can be used to accurately analyze the available pressure for hydraulic system's users in all flight stages, These analysis are significant for the system performance.
