摘要
Introduced the structure of a control momentum gyroscope (CMG), its flywheel rotor is supported by permanent bias active magnetic bearing in this paper. The rating rotation speed of rotor is 20, 000rpm, and its rating angular momentum is 200Nms. We have developed the equation of motion of the rotor supported by magnetic bearing, and considered the geometry relationship between magnetic bearings and position sensors. The effect of unbalance mass on rotor is analyzed, the unbalance mass of a rigid rotor supported by permanent bias active magnetic bearing is distributed to position of two radial magnetic bearings. The simulation model of influence of imbalance mass on movement of magnetically suspended rotor is established. The different simulation and test results are given. The numerical simulations and test results carried out here have shown how to improve the precision and stability of system, decrease the vibration amplitude of magnetic suspended rotor.
