摘要
In order to simulate fuel consumption of automobile with electric fuel injection (EFI) diesel engine, BP neural network model of engine load characteristics and fuel consumption simulating model under different driving modes were built. Through regression of the testing value and simulating value, simulating value was corrected with regression equation. Results show that the maximum error between testing value and simulating value with 6 driving modes is 2.3% when rated power of EFI diesel engine is set up, and the maximum error between testing value and simulating value under driving at constant velocity with different loads and different transmission ratios is 3.4%. Electronic control unit (ECU) of EFI diesel engine is adjusted and the rated power of the engine is supposed to 247 kW. The fuel consumption of 100 kilometers for 247 kW engine is less than that for 196 kW and 301 kW engine under 6 driving modes and constant velocity with gearbox transmission ratio of full load and unload.
