Through a solid-state lithiation pretreatment, high-quality transition metal telluride nanosheets can be efficiently exfoliated on a hundred-gram scale in an incredibly short time period. These nanosheets exhibit exceptional crystallinity, making them ideal for a wide range of applications, including quantum transport devices and energy storage systems.
