摘要

This article has been retracted by IOP Publishing following an allegation that the work may contain tortured phrases [1]. IOP Publishing has investigated in line with the COPE guidelines and has discovered that there are significant, unattributed similarities with an earlier publication [2] which shares one of the same authors. Further, the journal agrees the article contains a number of nonsensical phrases that feature in sev eral sections. This casts serious doubt over the legitimacy of the article and suggests the article may have been created or edited at least partly by artificial intelligence or translation software. The evidence gathered by IOP Publishing to date, considerably reduces confidence in the work to the extent that IOP Publishing has made the decision to retract the work. IOP Publishing wishes to credit the PubPeer commenter [3] for bringing the issue to our attention. The authors disagree with this retraction.
