摘要
According to the characters of the turbulence-degraded images. Richardson-Lucy (RL) algorithm was introduced to restore aero-optics degraded images. RL algorithm is totally blind, and it does not need the information about the size of the point-spread function (PSF). However this method tends to amplify the noise and result in excessive smoothing. Here, the RL algorithm with a regularizing constraint based on total variation was proposed. The simulation results show that this method can effectively remove the noise and preserve the edges of the image.
