N2 - In this paper, a narrow coupling resonator structure with shorter cavity width has been designed to enhance the high frequency field and improve the beam-wave interaction performance. Under the condition of voltage 16.5 kV and current 0.3 A, the stable peak output power of 400 W and the 3dB bandwidth of 500MHz have been obtained. Besides, a novel high-order mode sheet-beam EIK structure operating in TM31 2π mode is proposed. Under the condition of voltage 16.5 kV, current 0.5 A and input power 0.2W, the peak output power of 650W and 3dB bandwidth of 700 MHz have been obtained without any self-oscillation. These EIKs could improve the output power and bandwidth at millimeter-wave and terahertz band.
