摘要
The traditional gyroscope's test method is based on small angle linearization and not suitable to be used in the test of MEMS gyroscope scale factor and input axis misalignment. Through profound study of coupling relationship between gyroscope scale factor and its input axis misalignment, an uncouple principle was proposed, a precise mathematic model was established, and a set of uncouple test equipment and experiment were designed; the methods for solving constraint nonlinear Least-Squares problems were applied to realize uncoupling. Typical experiment parameters of MEMS gyroscopes were adopted for simulation and the simulation results were analyzed. The results show that our method suggested in this paper realized uncoupling of test parameters, improved test precision, and still the precision is almost not affected by the value of the input axis misalignment. This method has advantages over the traditional approach, and is especially suitable to the MEMS gyroscopes with large input axis misalignment.
