摘要
Considering the shortages of common rotor-stator rubbing models, using ANSYS software, a new rotor-stator rubbing model was presented based on the relationship between relative normal displacement and normal contact force. Then the rotor-stator dynamic equations were established by combining with the Whole Transfer Coefficient Method (WTCM). The dynamic characteristics were calculated by the WTCM, and then the transient responses of dual-rotor system were solved. The responses were analyzed by the time-domain curve, the Fourier transform and the wavelet transform respectively. Furthermore the fault characteristics were deduced and discussed. These results provide some reference for fault diagnosis of dual-rotor system.
