abstract = "With the progress of industry-university-research (I-U-R)cooperation innovation, the development and evolution of I-U-R cooperation innovation network has become a new research topic in the field of management science in recent days. The mechanism of {"}growth-prioritization - preference{"} in the process of I-U-R cooperation innovation is analyzed and presented in this work in accordance to the I-U-R cooperation network development features. The concepts of complex network were applied to the I-U-R cooperation innovation network, which solved the problems of node heterogeneity and connecting randomness in fitness model of complex network and build the evolution model of I-U-R cooperation innovation network. The computer simulations have shown that with the evolution of innovation network, node degree distribution presents a form of {"}edge - karyotype{"} with decrease in the average path length and increase in the clustering coefficient of the network.",
