N2 - Serious thermal stress problem of the alloy tip wedge structure is simulated under the typical hypersonic condition of Mach number 6, which is caused by the big temperature distribution gradient of the structure along the flow direction. The root cause of the big temperature distribution gradient is the large difference of the average heat flux density between in the head zone and in the rare flat zone, but the distribution form of the heat flux density in the head zone. From which a novel combined heating method using dual subsonic gas low of high and middle temperature is put forward. The numerical simulation shows that by respectively adjusting the temperature of dual flow, the method can meet the requirement of the big temperature gradient simulation along the tip wedge structure.
