N2 - To solve the forming problems of the outdoor antenna reflector elements with large curvature continuous surface, the combined forming process (CFP) of stretch preforming and cemented postforming was proposed. The key technologies of CFP mainly included four technologies such as the building of a surface model, the creation of the process supplement surface (PSS), the setup of the three layers aluminum plates(TLAP)' locating holes and the laser cutting process to shape the outer edge of the TLAP applied in the reconfigurable multi-point die (RMPD). These key technologies were systematically researched. The measurements of the reflector elements and comparative analysis between the three processes (CFP, slitted and slotted process) were given. The results showed that the CFP had an advantage in large curvature forming, high precision forming and continuous working surface forming.
