Research on testability design analyzing process of products

摘要

Testability puts serious impact on products' availability. During products' development phase, carrying out testability design accompanied is the most important approach to assure products' testability. However, so far there is even not a set of testability design analyzing process to guide designers' testability design analyzing work. Meanwhile, testability design is still out of line with other products' designing work at present. Therefore, testability design analyzing process of products is researched in this paper. And proposed a set of simple but usable procedure about testability design analyzing in order to guide the designers to design products' testability and improve products' testability. Firstly, we introduced testability's overview and the main problems during the testability design at present. Then based on amounts of references of testability design in the world, it summarized the testability design factors, and introduced the method to formulate the related design criteria during the testability design. It build the relationship among these testability design factors in order to prepare for other research about testability design analyzing process. Finally, this paper makes research on how to optimize the testability design analyzing items in aspect of decreasing BIT's false alarm and applying the prognostics and health management for better analyzing method, and formed testability design analyzing process.
