摘要

The integrated manufacturing system technology for complex product is a kind of developing and synthesized advanced manufacturing technology related to multidisciplinary technologies. It is an important technology for enhancing the capacity of enterprise's core competition to realize the agility, flexibility and robustness in complex product development. In this paper, based on the research and practice gained by the authors and their colleagues, the situation and challenge facing current complex product manufacturing enterprise are introduced. The architecture, technology system and its related key technologies are discussed and applied to one group corporation, and the remarkable effects are obtained in the primary practice.
