摘要
Most of present product modularity methods are based on product function partition and the algorithm of it tends to be complex in implementation. They are difficult to meet the requirements for product development oriented to product life cycle. By analyzing the influence of life cycle factors on the interaction of product components, a new product modularity method for product life cycle was put forward. Qualitative product modules were conducted by using a function-flow graph. And an interactive matrix of components oriented to product life cycle was constructed based on these modules. Then quantitative optimizations were conducted on the modules for generating product modularity. Finally an example was provided to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed approach.
