N2 - In view of the challenges of manual normative inspections caused by the wide variety of geometric tolerance annotations and complex relationships in the MBD model, the research on normative inspection method of geometric tolerance marking for MBD model is carried out. The non-standard geometric tolerance annotations are divided into four types which include contradict annotation, redundant annotation, missing annotation and uncertain annotation. What's more, a nine-tuple model for normative inspection is established. For the four types of non-standard annotations, an inspection model and a rule system for geometric tolerance have been constructed. On the basis of theoretical research, the "normative inspection system of geometric tolerance annotations marking for MBD model"is designed and developed with Creo's secondary development technology. At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through engineering example tests.
