摘要
High speed superplastic forming technology, which integrated hot stamping and superplastic gas bulge forming is a new complex process. Through process research and optimal design of composite die, using commercial aluminum alloy 5083 plate, an engine cover of a passenger car was formed. The final results show that the high speed superplastic forming is advancing and practical.
