abstract = "A novel resonant temperature sensor with good anti-electromagnetic interference ability is proposed in this paper. Differing from traditional resistive temperature sensors, this new temperature sensor uses the characteristics of sensor output signal in frequency domain instead of that in time domain. An equivalent electromagnetic susceptibility model is set up to analyze and compare the anti-electromagnetic interference characteristics of the traditional and the proposed temperature sensors. Results of the field-circuit co-simulation show that the proposed temperature sensor has better anti-electromagnetic interference ability.",
