摘要

The aviation seat restraint system is an important component of civil aircraft, the study of its related safety risks can effectively reduce the casualties during emergency landings. In this paper, beginning from the airworthiness standards applicable to aviation seat restraint systems, the emergency landing impact conditions defined by the airworthiness standards and occupant injury-related certification criteria are studied, then model simulation methods are used to study the injury of different parts of the dummy during the impact conditions required by the worthiness standards. Then the simulation results are analysed and the conclusions are obtained that the neck injury and tibia injury should be paid attention to during the process of aviation seat design and revision of related airworthiness standards. The study of the safety risk of the emergency landing process of the aviation seat restraint system can promote the improvement of its industrial design and safety level.
